At level 80, I get strong enough to fuse Herald Metatron, attendant to the infinite! I needed him to trade him for Milky Frost, which is the last Ranger I needed to create the Frost Five. More on them later Level 80 also unlocks the skill Overlord for Nemissa, which turned out to be very useful.
EXTRA DUNGEON
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The puzzles were cool but like half of the bosses aren't very noteworthy. Imma just show the ones that were interesting.

Turns out he's not based on any real legend |

Hee Ho ^5 |
Inui - A skilled Imperial Japanese soldier who committed suicide. His puzzle is a one-way maze if that's what it's called. You just have to pick a path and not walk through any spot you've already walked on.
His battle is impossible unless you have a low HP demon who can reflect Physical damage and a fast enough protagonist/Nemissa to use a Physical Mirror.
I used the Frost Five since they repel everything except almighty and their health is only 55HP. This is needed because the goons Inui summons goes for the opponent with the lowest HP.

Can I get another Amen? |
Sid Davis - The main villain of Devil Summoner 1, he wanted to summon a goddess to destroy the world or something.
His puzzle is another maze where you have to figure out how to get into Sid's room using one-way zip doors. You can figure it out if you have the map cheat on.
His battle has him summon your own demons (except for Zomas and Rangers.) He's not that tough if you are aware of your own weaknesses.
EXHIBIT HALL
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, the final puzzle room has this gimmick where, to get to the boss, you have to get to the door while it's open. Every time you go through a door, the doors open and then shut the second time. This means that you have to figure out which path to go to, so you can find your way back and find that the boss door has been opened. My first few attempts at this boss, I eventually got it open through luck. The last time though, I used a walkthrough.

The man who surpassed the greatest summoner in Japan |
Devil Summoner Hero AKA "Kyouji Kuzunoha" - The man who was mysteriously absent throughout the main game. Once a normal college student with a girlfriend and parents, he and badass summoner detective Kyouji Kuzunoha were murdered, leading this guy to take control of Kyouji's body. Living up and surpassing the name of Kyouji, he saved the world from a vengeful spirit.
This dude is tough. He kicked my ass thoroughly even after getting to level 80. I had to go back and grind my demon's loyalty so I would have less trouble. The first time I came back, I forgot to summon the rest of my demons into the party, which lead to my annihilation. After trying again, I managed to win this very tough battle.
Tale of Two Raidous -

Prepare for trouble |
And then, suddenly, Raido Kuzunoha XIV shows up. He summons
Gashadokuro,
Yoshitsune, and
Mishaguji. They weren't much of a problem so I took them down with ease. After that, Raidou Kuzunoha XIV, the protagonist of the next 2 Devil Summoner games, shows up after Raido. After some bickering, they take you on together.

And make it double |
These guys know how to Devil Summon so they took me a while to beat. They have this annoying move that puts your center demons back into the COMP, which leads to me having to resummon them. Things got hellish but I managed to take them down.
THE ULTIMATE BOSS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh but they didn't have enough. They went ahead and summoned a giant mech. The Soulless God Oumagatsu!
This is it. The ultimate opponent. Nearly maxed out stats and can hit twice per turn.
It has this move that inflicts this status ailment called "Bomb." What it does, is that when inflicted, you become a bomb. Getting hit with fire damage detonates it, which leads to the bombed ally's death and splash damage to the whole party. I never had to worry about it in the main game but I can imagine how annoying and unfair it can be, especially when the protagonist gets detonated. Thankfully, I didn't have to worry because the strongest armor in the game, the Masakados Armor set, nulls fire. This means I don't have to worry about a bomb and fire combo ruining my run. Frost Five kept the defense buffs going and Hachiman turned out to be a good healer, having Medirahan to keep us going. I also had Cybele use her defense debuffs and attack buffs.

The great mother. |
|
His design resembles Ezekiel's vision of YHVH in the Old Testament |
It took a while but I managed to win on the first try, finishing it off with Susano-o's basic attack. This lead to an accidently hilarious bit where Oumagatsu just flies off screaming like a cartoon.
Y'know, that YouTuber Marsh seems like a cool enough guy, but I dunno maybe he was bad at the game but this wasn't as testicle-grabbing as he made it out to be. I was able to beat this onslaught of bosses in one go without needing Mitama fusion. Maybe i'm just feeling cocky, I dunno.
